Landscaping & gardening,
under one ground.

Six in-house disciplines, from first sketch to ongoing care. Every Tower Rush project is delivered by our own designers, horticulturists, masons, carpenters and irrigation engineers โ€” never subcontracted.

Garden Design & Master Planning

Every project begins with a long walk and a long conversation. We study survey drawings, climate data, soil reports and the client brief, then translate them into a layered design โ€” concept plans, planting schedules, lighting design, and 3D walkthroughs where the scale demands it.

Tower Rush's design team has shaped residential estates, hotel grounds, podium parks and civic landscapes across all three of our markets, and we collaborate routinely with architects and interior designers from the earliest stage of a build.

  • Site analysis & survey
  • Concept design & mood
  • Detailed planting plans
  • 3D visualisation & walkthroughs
  • Landscape lighting design

Soft Landscaping & Planting

We treat planting as a slow composition. Specimen trees are sourced from a small panel of trusted nurseries across Hong Kong, India and Sri Lanka โ€” always inspected on the ground before purchase. Perennial borders, screens and understorey are mixed for movement, scent and seasonal change.

Our planting palettes lean toward regionally appropriate species โ€” natives where they read well, drought-tolerant Mediterranean equivalents where the climate has shifted, and curated tropical layers for sites in India and Sri Lanka.

Hard Landscaping & Construction

Stone walls, terraces, paths, decks, pergolas, swimming pool surrounds, water features and outdoor kitchens โ€” all built by Tower Rush's in-house team of masons and carpenters. We work in granite, basalt, sandstone, lateritic stone and certified hardwoods, depending on the region.

Our hardscape philosophy is simple: structure should outlive fashion. Detailing is restrained, joints are deliberate, and finishes are chosen for how they age over twenty years rather than how they photograph on opening day.

  • Stone walls & terraces
  • Paving, paths & courtyards
  • Decks & pergolas
  • Water features & ponds
  • Outdoor kitchens & fire pits

Lawn Care & Turf Management

From establishment to ongoing care, our lawn programme covers fine ornamental lawns, family-grade turf, sports fields and resort grounds. We work with cool-season blends in elevated Indian and Sri Lankan sites, and with warm-season grasses (zoysia, Bermuda, paspalum) across our humid coastal markets.

  • Lawn establishment & turfing
  • Scarification & aeration
  • Top-dressing & over-seeding
  • Seasonal feeding programmes
  • Weed & pest management
  • Sports turf maintenance

Smart Irrigation Systems

Water is the most expensive resource a garden uses. Tower Rush designs and installs drip, sub-surface and sensor-driven irrigation systems engineered around each region's water profile โ€” from Hong Kong's municipal supply to monsoon-fed sites in Kerala and Sri Lanka's southern coast.

Where appropriate, we integrate rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling and weather-station controllers that adjust irrigation in real time.

  • Sensor & smart controllers
  • Rainwater harvesting
  • Greywater integration
  • System audits & retrofits

Garden Maintenance & Care

A great installation is the beginning, not the conclusion. Our maintenance teams visit weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on garden type, and every property under our care receives a seasonal horticultural report โ€” what's blooming, what needs replacing, what to plan for next quarter.

We maintain everything from intimate Mid-Levels terraces to full hotel grounds, and many of our oldest gardens have been under continuous Tower Rush care for more than fifteen years.

  • Scheduled maintenance visits
  • Pruning & shaping
  • Pest & disease management
  • Seasonal planting rotations
  • Garden audits & reports
  • Heritage & specimen tree care
