1. Who we are

2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver the services you ask for:
- Contact details you give us through forms or email — name, email, phone, region, and the description of your project.
- Site location and access details if you become a client, so our team can visit and quote.
- Basic technical data from your visit — browser type, device, approximate region, referrer — used in aggregate to improve the site.
3. How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver landscaping work, send invoices, and — only with your permission — share occasional studio updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still function.
5. Sharing
We share information only with carefully chosen partners who help us run the studio — for example, our email provider, our hosting provider, and (for client work) the suppliers and trades involved in your project. They are bound to use it only for the purpose we share it.
6. Where your data lives
Because we serve Hong Kong, India and Sri Lanka, your information may be processed in any of these places, as well as in the regions where our service providers are based. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected wherever it travels.
7. Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- see what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop using your information for marketing.
Send any of these requests to hello@takbogarden.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Retention
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months, client records for as long as required by Hong Kong tax and company law, and marketing consents until you withdraw them.
9. Updates
If this policy changes meaningfully, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
